Among the 50 who completed the Syntha-Pep protocol, mean changes from baseline at six months were 18 percent in assessed skin laxity, 23 percent in assessed texture and 19.5 percent in assessed overall tone. The median laxity change was 11.34 percent, and we publish it beside the mean because half the group sat at or below it. The water-control group did not show comparable changes. This was a company-sponsored internal study. It has not been independently verified, published or peer-reviewed, it was participant-blinded rather than double-blind, and it measures the complete MicroInfuser plus Syntha-Pep routine rather than the device or the serum separately.
