Do you really ship worldwide?
Yes, to over 150 countries, at a flat $18.99 USD wherever a specific local rate is not shown in the tool above. If your country appears in the selector, we deliver to you.
Will I be charged customs or import tax when my order arrives?
No. EvenSkyn ships Delivered Duty Paid. Duties, VAT, GST and import taxes are calculated and collected as part of your order total at checkout, so the price you confirm is the final price. Nothing further is owed on delivery.
Is there a minimum order for free US and Canada shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order to a United States or Canadian address, at any order value.
Does the flat rate change if I order more than one item?
No. Your shipping rate is the same whether you order one device or a full bundle. One flat charge per order, any quantity.
Which plug type will I receive?
Our powered devices are offered in US, UK, EU and AUS plug configurations. Choose the one matching your country on the product page before adding to cart. If you are unsure, the product page lists which regions each plug serves.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Three to four business days in the United States and Canada, three to five across the UK and most of Europe, four to five for Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, and five to nine business days for the rest of the world. The tool above shows the estimate for your country.
