The EVENSKYN Christmas Photo Review Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is run by EVENSKYN Corporation, 365 Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario M5H 2V1, Canada ("EVENSKYN", "we" or "us").

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram, Facebook and Meta from any responsibility connected with the Giveaway. Questions about the Giveaway should go to us, not to those platforms.

The entry period starts October 7, 2026 at 11:00 PM ET and ends December 25, 2026 at 3:00 PM ET (Eastern Time). Our system's clock is the official clock for the Giveaway. Entries received outside the entry period are not included in the draw.

The Giveaway is open to people who live anywhere in the world, except Quebec (Canada), Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, and the Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, who are at least 18 years old and the age of majority where they live at the time they enter.

We cannot accept entries from, or send prizes to, places where sanctions or export laws of the United States or Canada stop us doing so. Employees of EVENSKYN, and the people they live with or their immediate family members, are not eligible. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and you are responsible for making sure you may take part where you live.

You do not need to buy anything to enter or to win. We will never ask for a receipt, an order number, purchase history or any other proof of purchase — not when you enter, and not if you win. Buying something does not improve your chances. There is no fee of any kind to claim a prize.

Fill in the entry form at evenskyn.com/pages/christmas-giveaway. There are two ways to enter, and both count the same:

A. Photo review entry. Upload at least one original photo and write an honest review of any EVENSKYN product you have used. The photo can be:

• a photo of yourself with your EVENSKYN product;
• before-and-after photos of yourself (one combined image, or separate before and after photos); or
• an after photo showing your experience or results.

The product does not need to appear in before-and-after or after photos, and a close-up of the treatment area is fine. You do not need to show your whole face. Positive, neutral and negative experiences are all welcome, including "I haven't noticed a change yet". What you say, how you look, and whether you see results never affect whether your entry counts or your chance of winning. We do not ask for or check proof that you used an EVENSKYN product; we take your word for it.

B. Free photo entry ("No product to review?"). Upload an original photo of yourself. You do not need to own, buy or have used an EVENSKYN product, and you do not write a review. Please do not describe treatment results you have not had. Free photo entries are never published or used as reviews or testimonials.

Every entry also needs your name, an email address where we can reach you if you win, where you live, and your confirmation that you accept these rules, meet the eligibility requirements, and have the right to share the photos.

Each complete entry that meets these rules is one entry in the draw.

There is no limit on the number of entries a person can make, as long as each entry uses genuinely new original photo(s). For a photo review entry, a new honest update about the same product is welcome with new photos.

Re-using a photo that was already entered, or re-wording an earlier entry while re-using its photos, does not create a new entry. Entries made with scripts, bots, bulk tools, fake identities or other people's photos are not eligible. A person is identified by their email address and details; using several email addresses does not let one person win more than one prize.

After you submit a photo entry, you may claim up to two bonus entries:

• +1 entry for following @evenskyn on Instagram; and
• +1 entry for following our Facebook page @evenskyn.

On the confirmation screen, select "Follow on Instagram" or "Follow on Facebook": our page opens and the bonus entry is added. It counts if you already follow us. Each bonus can be added once per person for the whole Giveaway, no matter how many photo entries you make. A bonus entry only counts if you also have at least one photo entry that meets these rules. We may check that you follow us, but because we cannot reliably tell which account belongs to which entrant, visiting our page through that button is what earns the bonus. Following us is never required to enter or to win, and it does not change how your photo entry is treated.

Your photos and review must be your own, honest and original. Photos must not show anyone else unless you have their permission; please do not include children. Entries must not contain nudity, hateful or unlawful content, or anyone else's personal information. We may disqualify an entry that does not meet these rules; we record the reason, and if you ask, we will tell you why.

We do not edit your photos to change what they show. Before a photo is sent, the entry page turns it the right way up, makes it a reasonable size, and removes hidden photo data such as location.

We use your entry, including your photos and review, to run the Giveaway: to check eligibility, prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries, contact winners and keep records of the draw. For this purpose only, you give us permission to store, copy and view your entry.

Photo review entries are made public. Please enter knowing that we publish photo review entries: your review and photos will be shown as a review on evenskyn.com, on the page of the product you chose as having given you those results. They will be labelled "Submitted as part of an EVENSKYN giveaway entry.", and we will never describe you as a verified buyer just because you entered. The form's box giving us this permission is ticked for you. A second box, also ticked for you, lets us use your review and photos in EVENSKYN advertising. You may untick either box before you submit; your entry still counts and your chance of winning does not change. Joining our email list is optional. You can withdraw a permission at any time by writing to EVENSKYN Corporation, 365 Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario M5H 2V1, Canada (or support@evenskyn.com); we will then stop using that material from that point on.

Free photo entries (section 5B) are never published as reviews or testimonials.

There are three prizes and three different winners:

• Prize 1: one 2026 Lumo handset with its charging dock, one Venus eye-area device, one MicroInfuser™ kit with 4 Syntha-Pep™ serum vials, one Phoenix microcurrent face bar. Approximate retail value: US$889.96.
• Prize 2: one 2026 Lumo handset with its charging dock, one Venus eye-area device, one MicroInfuser™ kit with 4 Syntha-Pep™ serum vials. Approximate retail value: US$769.97.
• Prize 3: one 2026 Lumo handset with its charging dock, one Venus eye-area device. Approximate retail value: US$649.98.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: US$2,309.91. The Lumo handset awarded is the latest model, the 2026 Lumo.

EVENSKYN ships each prize free of charge. Winners who live outside the United States and Canada may have to pay customs duties, import taxes or other charges in their country. Winners are responsible for any income tax that applies to them. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash. If a prize item becomes unavailable, we will substitute an item of equal or greater value.

On December 26, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET (Eastern Time), we will randomly select three winners from all eligible entries received during the entry period, including eligible bonus entries. The draw uses a documented, auditable random-selection process: the full list of eligible entries is frozen and recorded before the draw, and the order of selection is recorded.

Prize 1 is drawn first, then Prize 2, then Prize 3. One person can win only one prize: if someone who has already been selected is drawn again, that selection is ignored and the draw continues. Alternates are also drawn, in order, in case a selected person cannot be confirmed as a winner.

Odds: your chance of winning depends on the total number of eligible entries received. More eligible entries of your own (including bonus entries) increase your chance.

We will email each selected person on the day of the draw, and announce the selected winners on December 26, 2026 on EVENSKYN's social media pages (Instagram and Facebook, @evenskyn), using only their first name and country. To be confirmed as a winner you must reply within 14 days of our first message, confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements, and give us a shipping address where you live. During those 14 days we will make repeated attempts to reach you, including reminder emails. A selected person who lives in Canada must also correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question before being confirmed as a winner — for example: “EVENSKYN formally began operating in 1973. How many years has it been operating as of 2026?” We may also ask you to sign a short declaration confirming eligibility and compliance with these rules, where the law allows.

If a selected person does not reply in time, cannot be reached, is not eligible, or does not answer the skill-testing question correctly, they will not receive a prize and the next alternate will be contacted. Confirming a win never requires a purchase, a fee or proof of purchase.

We collect your name, email address, where you live, your photos and your review to run the Giveaway, as described in section 9 and in our privacy policy at evenskyn.com/policies/privacy-policy. Your entry is stored in EVENSKYN's Google Drive. Your contact details are only seen by the EVENSKYN team running the Giveaway; your review and photos are published as described in section 9. Because the Giveaway is open worldwide, your information may be stored and handled outside the country where you live. Photos and reviews are kept indefinitely: EVENSKYN publishes photo reviews as reviews on the product page the entrant chose and decides how long they are shown. Your contact details are kept as long as needed to run the Giveaway and keep its records. You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw an optional permission, by writing to EVENSKYN Corporation, 365 Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario M5H 2V1, Canada (or support@evenskyn.com). If you ask us to delete an entry before the draw, it will no longer be included in the draw.

We may disqualify entries or entrants that we reasonably believe involve fraud, tampering, automated entry or a breach of these rules, and we record the reason. If something outside our reasonable control (for example a technical failure) stops the Giveaway from running as planned, we will act fairly toward entrants: we may extend the entry period, or carry out the draw from the eligible entries received before the problem, and we will announce any change on the Giveaway page.

These rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If there is any difference between these rules and other Giveaway materials (such as advertisements or social media posts), these rules apply.
