EvenSkyn has a default 60-day return policy on all devices sold, which means you have 60 days after receiving your device to request a return. However, if found unsatisfactory by a purchaser, a return can be processed up to 60 days post-purchase where the purchaser relies on the 60 Day Money Back Guarantee offered by EvenSkyn on all of its handsets and devices. 

Returns

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• To start a return, you can contact us at support@evenskyn.com or call us at 1-866-EVN-SKYN (386-7596). When your return is successfully processed, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Skin Care Products (Nonrefundable: if opened or used)
Notwithstanding other applicable policies, if a skin care product was bundled with a the purchase of a device, irrespective of whether it was offered to the customer for value or for free (as part of an incentive or sale), if a return is initiated for the ordered item(s), the retail value of used and opened skin care products will be deducted from the refund total.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and skin care products, personal care goods (such as personal beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on certain sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Please advise our team if you would like to exchange a product for another by emailing them at support@evenskyn.com or by calling our toll free number at 866-386-7596.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
