Nobody in this category funds the follow-up video, which is exactly why almost no honest long-term footage of these devices exists. We will pay you to make it, and send refills so you can keep going.

Questions
Do I need a minimum following?
No. We have no follower minimum and we read every application. A 1,200-subscriber channel whose audience trusts them is worth more to us than a large account that posts a new sponsorship every week.
Do I get a discount code for my audience?
No, and this is deliberate. We run genuine sale pricing on the site rather than holding a high list price and handing out codes to make it look like a deal. Your audience gets whatever the live price is automatically, with nothing to type in and nothing to forget, which converts better than a code. You are credited through your tracking link instead, for 30 days after someone clicks it. You still earn your full 20% on the sale, and because the discount is already in the price, you are never in the position of promoting a code that turns out to be worse than the public offer.
Can I say I did not like it?
Yes. You keep the kit, you keep any agreed content fee, and your affiliate account stays open. We would rather know, and so would your audience. The only thing we ask is that you have actually used it long enough to have a view.
How and when do I get paid?
Commission is 20% of the product subtotal, before tax and shipping, on every order placed through your tracking link within the 30-day window after a click. Payouts are monthly. Any guaranteed content fee is agreed in writing before you film and paid on publication. Cash bonuses are paid with the next monthly payout after you cross each threshold.
Where do you ship?
Creator kits ship free to the United States and Canada. If you are outside those two, apply anyway and tell us where you are. We ship worldwide commercially and we will look at it case by case.
What is actually in the kit?
The MicroInfuser applicator, four sterile single-use 0.5 mm gold-plated needle heads, and four sealed single-use Syntha-Pep serum ampoules. One head and one ampoule per session, four sessions, which is a two-month supply at the recommended fortnightly cadence. Retail price $189.99.
Do you have any evidence it works?
We ran our own six-month study of the MicroInfuser used together with Syntha-Pep, between January and June 2026. 108 adults aged 41 to 74 were randomised in equal numbers to use the device every two weeks with either Syntha-Pep or an identically presented water-only ampoule, and 100 were included in the reported analysis. Among the 50 who completed the Syntha-Pep protocol, mean changes from baseline at six months were 18% in assessed laxity, 23% in texture and 19.5% in tone. The median laxity change was 11.34%. It was company-sponsored, it has not been independently verified, published or peer-reviewed, it was participant-blinded rather than double-blind, and it measures the device and serum used together rather than either one alone. Can I promote it on TikTok and Instagram instead of YouTube?
Yes. Your link works anywhere. We are putting extra money behind long-form YouTube reviews because that is where people research a purchase like this, but the program is open however you publish.
