The Micro-Infusion Disclosure Ledger: What Ten Brands Publish, and What They Do Not

Marketing in this category is interchangeable; disclosure is not. This ledger records, for ten at-home micro-infusion kits, the facts each brand publishes on its own pages and the facts it leaves out: needle depth, sterilisation method, how the serum reaches the needles, ingredient lists, PDRN source, guarantees, and whether an identifiable company stands behind the product. Every cell carries the date it was read.

EvenSkyn's own row is held to the same standard, including its weakest cell. This page records published statements; it does not measure needles or test serums.

How to read this ledger

Each cell states what a brand's own page said on the date in brackets. Three kinds of entry appear. A stated fact is quoted or summarized with its date. "Not published" means we looked on that date and the information was absent from the pages read. "Not recorded in our reads" means the gap is ours, not necessarily the brand's: we have not yet checked that cell, and it will not be scored against anyone. Where a figure has changed between reads, both the current and the earlier figure are kept, because the change itself is information.

Observations the ledger surfaces

• Two brands describe themselves as the original. Qure's product page title includes "Original Micro-Infusion" and Seranova's site title reads "The Original Micro Infusion System", both read on 31 August 2026. At most one of these can be accurate. The ledger takes no position on which; it records the words.
• Sterilisation method is the rarest disclosure. Of the ten, only EvenSkyn (gamma) and Qure (ethylene oxide) name the method their needles were sterilised with. Several others use the words sterile or sterilized without saying how.
• Published depth figures move. Glov's main product page stated 0.25 mm on 31 August 2026 where two pages had stated 0.5 mm in July; Seranova's product page carried 0.5 mm in July and no figure at the end of August. Depth is the single most safety-relevant number in this category, which is why the ledger keeps the history rather than only the current value.
• Review counts are not always internally consistent. Glov's page shows both "9,148 Reviews" and "23.750+ reviews"; AMIRO's shows six. We show none, because the MicroInfuser launched in 2026 and has none to show yet.
• On the "FDA Approved" serum label. An AMIRO page tile labels a companion PDRN serum "FDA Approved" (read 31 August 2026). For context, the FDA's own page on its authority over cosmetics states: "Under the law, cosmetic products and ingredients do not need FDA premarket approval, with the exception of color additives." • PDRN concentration figures are not comparable across brands. AMIRO's 27% describes a freeze-dried microsphere before reconstitution; ready-to-use liquids are measured on a different basis. The working through of why these numbers cannot be lined up is on the PDRN evidence page.
• Our own weakest cell is company registration. Dr. Pen's Australian distributor is the only seller in this ledger publishing a registration number. Our terms name EvenSkyn without one. We publish the ledger anyway, because a disclosure table that hid its author's gaps would not deserve to be cited.

Cadence and corrections

The ledger is re-read monthly, and any cell that changes gets the new value, the new date, and, where the change is material, the old value kept alongside. A brand that believes a cell misstates its published material can write to us through the contact page with a link to the page in question; we will re-read it and update the cell against the new date. Corrections change cells, not history: superseded values remain visible where the change matters.
