Shipping policy

Where we ship. EvenSkyn ships from Canada to more than 150 countries. The country list at checkout shows whether we deliver to yours.

Cost. Shipping is free on every order to the United States and Canada. Almost everywhere else it is one flat rate of US$18.99 per order, whatever the order size, charged in your own currency.

Duties and taxes. We ship Delivered Duty Paid. On orders outside the United States and Canada, EvenSkyn pays the import duties and taxes. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay, and there is nothing to pay on delivery. Customs in some countries may ask the recipient for identification or a tax number before releasing a parcel. If that happens, the courier will contact you.

Delivery time. Three to four business days in the United States and Canada, three to five across the United Kingdom and most of Europe, four to five for Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, and five to nine business days for the rest of the world. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking. All orders receive a tracking number by email, usually within 24 hours of the order being placed. In the rare circumstance there is a shipping delay, we will notify you by email as well.
