How to use the Venus
Unleashing the Power of Dermal Technology
Prep your skin
Prior to use ensure that the area to be treated has been thoroughly cleaned. Apply the desired anti-aging, or nourishing eye cream, then gently glide the device across the lower and upper eyelids, starting from the area below the tear duct. Repeat a few times for each eye.
Maximize Results
Gently give the device a shake or short press the power button to switch from the anti-wrinkle Red LED mode to the Blue LED mode. Similar to the Red LED mode, you may apply any desired anti-aging or nourishing cream to the areas above and below the eyes when using the device in the Blue LED calming and soothing mode.
Soothe & Firm
For Vibration, LED & Thermal Stimulation, ensure you are touching the silver trim around the power button. This ensures conduction and vibration are continuous. If you want to skip vibration, ensure you are holding the white part of the device only, and not make any skin contact with the silver trim around the power button.

Can the Venus help hooded or droopy eyelids?
It can help loose, crepey eyelid skin look firmer and less hooded over weeks of regular use. It cannot correct true ptosis, where the lid droops because of the muscle that lifts it, which needs an eye doctor. If your upper lid covers your lashes or affects your vision, see a clinician first.
Does the Venus help under-eye bags, dark circles and wrinkles?
It targets the look of all three. Warmth and red LED are aimed at fine lines and crepey skin, and the blue LED mode with sonic massage suits morning puffiness. Dark circles have several causes, including genetics and thin skin over blood vessels, so results there vary more than with puffiness.
Can I use the Venus every day?
Not every day. Use it on alternate days, ideally 3 to 4 times a week, if you are under 40 or have early signs, and up to 5 times a week if you are over 40 or have visible signs. Keep each session to 5 to 8 minutes for both eyes, never longer than 8 minutes.
How soon will I see results with the Venus?

Is the Venus safe on the upper eyelids and under the eyes?
Yes, it is made for the eye area. Hold the head at a 45° angle, keep your eyes closed as much as possible and stay within 8 minutes for both eyes. Take extra care, or ask your doctor first, if you have eczema around the eyes or temples, sunburn there or reduced heat sensation.
What eye cream or gel should I use with the Venus?
The Venus needs skin contact and a product on the skin to work. The manual recommends an anti-aging or nourishing eye cream, ideally one you already tolerate well. Skip strong actives such as retinol right before a session. The Venus⁺ + 1-Conduction Gel Bottle option adds a bottle of water-based EvenSkyn Conduction Gel.
Can I use the Venus on my lips?
Yes. The manual says the Venus can also be used on the lips, and suggests trying it there for a few sessions first to check the device suits you. Some customers use it to work a hydrating serum into the lips. Keep lip sessions to 8 minutes at most.

Happy with the divice and I think the gel will give better result

I have been using the Venus for about 2 weeks and the Lumo for 2 years. As for the Lumo, I got a firmer skin. I only use it once a week. Love it. For Venus, not sure yet because only 2 weeks, however, I like the way it massages my eye skin with heat.
When I looked at the "before" picture I thought my only option was a blepharoplasty: my skin was saggy without elasticity and I felt hopeless because I'm 50! I have been using Evenskyn Lumo and Venus products religiously for several months and I see the difference and I think it’s showing. I am 48 years old now and it’s almost a year. The pictures are in the same part of my office and the same light. I am glad that I did take before picture.

I love this device. 59 and suddenly had lip lines. I use the Venus to apply my serums and cream. What a difference! I did not think I would see such a difference. Of course I also use it for my eyes. Have had the Venus eye machine for about 7 weeks and it is definitely working . One of my eyes had started to droop and this has disappeared. My only wish is it had a timer so you know how long your using it.

I received this less than a week ago. I’ve only used it twice. I can’t say anything about the effectiveness of anti-aging at this point but this little gadget works wonders for puffy eyes. I have water retention issue lately and I wake up with puffy lids and under eye bags. I used it in the morning the day after I received it and wow, puffiness gone. It didn’t look like my eyes had anything done to it right after I used it. I went about doing my morning routine. By the time I put my eyeliner on, my eyes looked bright and I looked totally awake! A few days later I used it again in the morning and it worked just the same!! Absolutely amazing!!!
I honestly didn’t expected it to work that quick, but surprisingly I have been using it for 2 weeks now, and I noticed the line I have On my eye lid is less noticeable now. I also tried it on my lips and it made them look a bit full and plumped

I bought the Venus Eye when it first came out. It then became faulty but was still under warranty so another was shipped to me. I had asked that your shipping department indicate that it was a replacement device and not a new one so I would not have to pay import duties (I live in Europe). The next device became faulty but I dealt with a different person in Customer Service (Danielle Curran) who didn't seem to understand that the second device was also under a (new) warranty and did not understand the import tax issue. Like pulling teeth. The current device stops every few seconds so it looks like it will become faulty. I have written to both Danielle and the general Customer Service dept. but no answer. Shoddy customer service for what is an excellent device.
It's been 2.5 years of amazing relief from the Venus! I'm 65 and deal with eye lid droop and swelling. With daily use the Venus keeps the swelling down, helps to tighten the skin and softens the wrinkles. On top of that it works wonders around the lip and nose area. I love the Venus device. It is the only RF device that is safe for the delicate eye area. Love this little item! I've been using it on my upper eye lid area, it has done a terrific job of getting rid of the wrinkles I had developed there! I also use it on my upper lip. Area, it has helped a lot with their wrinkles, not as fast as the ones above my eyelids but still they are better. I mostly use red light with the vibration.
I enjoy using it I just started it a week or so ago so it’s to soon to see results but I find it easy and quick to use and will keep using it.

I bought the Pink one and I'm glad I did, it looks really nice. It looks well made. It really opens up my eyes and I use it most days.

Oh my goodness! This little device actually works. Was hesitant on ordering but my eyes could use a bit of a lift. Not only did it do that but what I have noticed the most is the brightness both under eye and eyelid while using my favourite eye cream. The vibration and heat feels so great against my skin. I also use it on and around my lips. My lips appear slightly plumper. I do recommend purchasing if you’re undecided. You’ll be happy with the results.
